At Miru Acupuncture, we truly value our patients' time and strive to provide exceptional care to everyone who comes through our doors. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us ensure that other patients can receive the care they need in a timely manner.
Please note that we are a small practice, so it's especially important that we receive advance notice of cancellations. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, a 50% fee will be charged of the price of the service you were booked for. For example, if you were booked for an Initial Intake Acupuncture Appointment which is $180, you will be charged $90 for a late cancellation.
We also ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, as we want to ensure that you receive the full benefit of your treatment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellations
At your first appointment at Miru, we'll take the time to get to know you and understand your goals. We'll discuss your health history in detail and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that meets your specific needs. We'll also take a close look at your tongue and feel your pulse, which will give us valuable insights into what's happening inside your body.
Once we've discussed your goals and created a plan, we'll begin your acupuncture treatment. The entire appointment will last about 90 minutes, and we'll do everything we can to help you feel relaxed and refreshed.
After your appointment, you'll have a custom treatment plan to follow that's tailored to your specific needs. And if you ever experience new symptoms or concerns, we're always here to help and provide additional treatment.
